We feel that working closely with our team is the best way to ensure we stay at the forefront of Hospitality not just in Lowestoft but in Suffolk as a whole.
Many roles within The Hotel Victoria offer the opportunity to achieve an NVQ qualification and with internal verifiers we are able to coach candidates through to NVQ level three, in all departments. Our partnerships with Lowestoft and Otley Colleges enable us to offer a variety of qualifications designed to our own requirements allowing our team to achieve intermediate qualifications as a minimum.
We offer many Work Experience placements to local high schools giving the next generation a chance to experience and understand what is involved in running a successful innovative business. Many of our Team Managers have taken up positions as Business Mentors, to enable them to pass on there valuable skills by coaching high school students.
