We are looking for people who have the ability to offer exceptional customer service and can work well in our team. Our Chefs demonstrate a passion for working with fresh local produce, whilst keeping a keen eye on changing trends and innovations. Our front of house Catering staff strives to keep a breast of an ever changing market of beverage fashions, customer desires and of course our own many varied and exciting promotions. The room's side of our business is exceptionally busy from conference & banqueting to hotel accomododation there are opportunities within Reception & Administration to Housekeeping.
