Food and Drink Service Levels 1 and 2
This course is designed to provide training for people who are employed within the catering industry. There are no formal entry requirements and our candidates are coached through the learning process.
This mostly practical course will train candidates in the practical and technical skills required for today's waiter. Successful candidates will achieve NVQ in Food and Drink Services Level 2.
Food Preparation and Cooking Levels 1 and 2
Working as a chef can be fun, challenging and very rewarding all at the same time. Think of your favourite TV chef. How did they get where they are? Through sheer hard work and determination and having a passion for food and that's what we look for too.
Reception & Front Office Level 2
Our administration qualifications give candidates the knowledge and skills to develop in both customer service and administration. A great course incorporating the use of advanced computer and IT skills.
Housekeeping Level 2
There is more to housekeeping than servicing our bedrooms, our qualifications cover stock control and distribution combined Health, Safety & Hygiene.
Our team have the opportunity to follow into Management through our Duty Management program in which we also offer the following advance qualifications as part of their training.
