Welcome to Coast at The Hotel Victoria

Coast is a modern, contemporary lounge bar and restaurant providing the highest standards of food and service. Relax and soak up the atmosphere with stunning sea views while our attentive, friendly team make you feel at home.

Our Chefs pride themselves on preparing delicious British cuisine at realistic prices. Our ingredients are locally sourced where possible, serving local fish, cheese and Dingley Dell Pork and our menu is supplemented by specials consisting of, amongst others, daily catches and shellfish.

The menu changes seasonally to utilise the best local produce. Our Chefs prepare everything in house from the freshest and finest ingredients.

Your dining experience will be enhanced by our friendly team extending a warm welcome to you, in a contemporary, relaxed environment.

Coast is fully licensed offering a comprehensive range of beers and spirits. The wine list features a fine selection of wines from around the world. All wines are available by the bottle or by the glass.

Opening hours:

Lunch: Monday – Saturday 12.00pm – 2.30pm and Sunday 12.00pm – 3.00pm

Dinner: Monday – Saturday 6.30pm – 9.00pm and Sunday 6.30pm – 8.30pm

 

Saturday Nights in Coast

Whether you are dining in Coast Restaurant or relaxing with a drink in our Coast Lounge Bar you will be able to listen to the wonderful sounds of Bill Kibby ‘Live Pianist’ playing between 7pm & 10pm, You will not be disappointed

Winter Vegetable and Thyme Soup – topped with herb croutons.

Chicken and Duck Pressed Terrine – served with parsnip & pine nut salad, baby marinated onions and toasetd croutes.

Prawn Cocktail – with buttered granary bread.

Baked Field Mushroom – topped with stilton, spinach and brioche crumb, served with caramelised red onion chutney.

Private Dining

The Coast side dining room is the ideal venue for private dining catering up to 24 guests. Special menus can be created to suit the occasion with dedicated staff on hand for that personal touch. Coast side has a panoramic sea view and is positioned adjacent to the Coast lounge offering easy access to the bar area.
