Initially a provisional booking can be made with the Hotel which will be held for 10 days without obligation. To confirm your function reservation we require a completed booking form together with a deposit representing the value of the room hire rate which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
The final details regarding menus, drinks etc. are required at least 28 days prior to your event date. The final numbers of guests attending together with the table plan must be received by the Hotel at least 14 days prior to your celebration and it is at this point that the balance of your account is due charged on the final numbers given.
